Pretty sure your options for a weighted brawler of any consequence are limited to that -1x golvern one Inspire has and the 3x hcw knuckle-duster that went out in droughtmans.

There is a 6x mcwed hook-knife, but I havent heard of it moving for awhile... Probably ethered, but definitely worth checking out.

there's a gem eating sai i believe as well, which is an option. no clue where that is now though.
