Rep. Ron Paul, the other Lone Star State Republican in the 2012 GOP presidential contest, released an ad titled “Trust,” laying into Mr. Perry for once being a Democrat and supporting then-Sen. Al Gore’s 1988 presidential run. It paints Mr. Paul as a strong supporter of President Ronald Reagan and labels Mr. Perry “Al Gore’s Texas cheerleader.”
“After Reagan, Sen. Al Gore ran for president pledging to raise taxes and increase spending,” Mr. Paul’s (Should be Dr. Paul) ad says. “Rick Perry helped lead Al Gore’s campaign to undo the Reagan revolution.”

I know which Texan I am voting for, and it is not the one who loves to flip-flop. Dr. Paul is getting older and this may be our last chance.
Its nice to see Paul spending campaign dollars on issues with 'real traction'.

So because he disagreed with one of his budget plans, Ron Paul is suddenly a non-believer and should be shunned?
Wake up and realize that having a mind of your own and not 'baaaing' like the rest of the sheep is a good thing. Sometimes breaking with your party is a good thing.

Who here has said he should be shunned because he disagreed with a Reagan budget plan?
It's hilarious when the Ron Paul Fanboys get all upset... like I just punched their mother in the face.

Dude, the Tea Party and the Republican Party in general treats Ronald Reagan as the messiah, regardless of any faults he may have had as a President. The mere fact you post a contradiction to the Perry attack ad regarding his support of President Reagan is obvious enough.
I suggest you google stealth trolling.

I suggest you re-read my post again, Simpleton. I wasn't talking about the Tea Party or the Republican Party.. I was talking about Ron Paul.
Take it slow.. sound out the bigger words.

What an ego you must have to presume no one else is intelligent enough to identify your trollish statements. Please go back to your cave.

You're putting words in PB's mouth, then arguing against yourself. Bad form.

Ron Paul agreed with Reagan's message when he ran. He began to have issues with his out-of-control spending as time went by. He still admires the man and was in his corner before anyone else. I don't see the issue.

Name one person you completely agree with 100%, dum dum. Perry was a DEMOCRAT at the time. Would you have taken Perry's advice and voted for Al Gore instead of President Bush? Seriously, this is a guy who pushed for AL "GLOBAL WARMING" GORE to be president!
