What would this arrow do?

I made 2 of these, shot a few things, didn't get a flare, and then I lost one. Would these probably not flare ever?

This arrow has been crafted from faewood. At the very back end, blue griffin fletchings stand out and ensure a steady flight towards its target. At the business end of the arrow, a rhimar barbed arrowhead glints in the ambient light. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.

I have a feeling it would never flare, it hasn't yet.

I'd ask on the officials. You'd think either the rhimar or the feathers would trump, or the flares would alternate with the same level of frequency as normal flares.

I'm not sure about that. Typically GMs keep saying that special stuff sits in a enchancement property slot on an item and it requires special coding for it to do more. My money is on either it is totally borked and won't flare or it will have one of the two.
