Yllyc Simisiri is trying to decide where to hold its next meeting. My plan was to travel to Teras for it, but I've been told that there aren't any Aelotoi on Teras so we really don't need to go there. Is this the case?
If you're an Aelotoi on Teras who might attend the next meeting (Sunday, 9/25, 9pm ET), speak up so we can come to you!

I'm pretty sure there isn't either. If there are, they're laying low. I could be wrong though. I'd like to know as well. Wherever you decide to hold it, I'll travel for it and help try to spread the word.

I had a blonde moment and forgot that our September meeting is in Ta'Vaalor, with the idea to go to Teras in October. But it still doesn't look like there are any Aelotoi over there, so.. No boats for these winged ones! (Well, except the ferries to get to Illistim and Vaalor from the Landing.)
Not sure why you all don't take advantage of Caesygir.

What do you believe they should do with it? It is a very pretty town, but it is also isolated from decent hunting, and has no actual community. Trying to get everyone to base themselves there isn't practical as people will play at different times. It sucks to log in to an empty town far away from where you normally hunt. What would be neat is if citizenship pins allowed 2-way transportation every X amount of time (minutes, not days), X-realms, allowing one to beam back and forth between their hometown and their hunting ground.

They gave Aelotoi 1x a week X-realms teleport items to that place, and everyone else 1x a month teleport and that still wasn't enough to make people go there. I doubt a player run organization could hope to do much better.

The decision was made at Yllyc Simisiri's first meeting that because Aelotoi are spread all over Elanthia, our meetings and events would be held in different cities so no one was having to travel ALL the time. We had our July meeting in Cysaegir. It was poorly attended even by those who call themselves members, and no one new came out for it or expressed that they would attend but the date and time sucked monkey-butt for them.
Since we seem to have the drive from enough people right now to consider that we may become a Tier 3 group in 8 months, and may actually maintain Tier 3 status long enough to be able to have a structure, I have determined that if I'm still with the group at that time, I'm going to push for us to petition Kenstrom (or whoever the MHO guru is then) to let us have the structure in Cysaegir, because that would be the most fitting location.
However, since there don't seem to be any Aelotoi regularly on Teras now, I can make the happy announcement that we aren't heading to that dirty place for the time being. Volcanic ash and dust does not suit Traiva at all!

funny.. have my aelotoi in Teras right now.. but that was just after the post about aelotoi in teras.. but not for long.. heading back tomorrow to the mainland.. to reach the meeting in Ta'Vaalor.. you'll have 2 more aelotoi attending there.. newly freshed ones.. was willing to travel anyways since just coming back really. Cysaegir is the place to have the meetings.. but due to lack of attendance agree to where it is.. I'll notify all my aelotoi friends to attend! If I can make the trip from Teras to there.. ALL Aelotoi should come to the meeting. I"m calling you out!

Sweet! Tell them about the OOC meeting the next day, Monday 9/26, too! This one will be in the Landing, but it's so we can be completely OOC. Here's the details, wear pajamas (http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?t=65920)!
Also point them to the website in my signature, Yllyc Simisiri's home on the web. It gives basic information about the group and leadership, and all events get posted up there first.
