Armor of all types will now be able to be blessed through all the currently available means of blessing (304, the Voln symbols, pure potions, and the various town quests), subject to the equivalent restrictions on blessing weapons (no padding or other special abilities). The primary purpose of this change is to allow the combat maneuvers that use armor offensively (headbutt, shield bash, etc.) to affect the undead.

I'm fairly upset they have the same restrictions though. This changes a lot of purchasing decisions. For instance I've enchanted almost all of my characters armors/shields and now that could be a bad thing?

Just like the armor nerf, thanks a ton for the warning SIMU. ass clowns.

It is something that can only help you. Yes, warning would have been nice. Even a mention that it was in the works. Still, before you could not use these maneuvers on these creatures at all (that I am aware). Now you can.

To me, its simply another un-needed addition, much similar to the descriptions on gems. On one hand its neat, on the other, its basically worthless.

Why did this happen? Simple, the few folks that actually post on the officials kept asking for it repeatedly and e-mailing the correct GM.

To me, the cmans that utilize this new gimick, are worthless, but!, thats my own opinion.

And, to agree with the poster that stated that their own enchanted work just was made crap, I do not think so on one hand as 7X whatever is much better then a 4X (5X if you are lucky) headbutting helm. And, of course on the other hand, it sucks, because your wizard enchanted helm can not be used to headbutt, but then what really changed for you? It wasn't able to headbutt before, and it still is unable to headbutt.

Alright, I am stupid. Why would anyone enchant their helmet?

Edited to add: You can enchant helmets to add to the attack strength of headbutts and such?

Shield bash and shield charge are really nice if you're a shield tripler.
