Engaging reliable ISPs and colos with proper redundancy are, in fact, managing text better in this instance.

There were no major reported outages/issues in st louis today for any significant data center or ISP. Whatever facility they have their boxes housed (mother's basement), it isn't anywhere worth a shit.
