SGE Problems

So I just recently upgraded to ZoneAlarm Security Suite which just integrates an anti-virus into it. Unfortunately, now for some reason I keep getting an unable to connect error using the SGE. I've checked all program controls and everything seems to be fine, but still can't connect. Any ideas?

I don't have zone alarm, but there should be a setting to "let me know" when programs are asking to go to the internet. Then it should offer to "always" or "never" let them do this. You may have your settings currently on "don't let any programs do anything" rather then "let me know".

Other then that, see if there's a list of allowed programs you can get to/add to within zonealarm.

Been there done that. I even reinstalled the SGE, still same error. I can access the game through the Wizard using the website.

I just uninstalled Security and went back to Pro and it works fine. Guess I'll stick with that for now.
