It's all over when one of them gets a stiffy.

A really awkward time for little Billy to get his first boner.

Is this...is this considered child porn?

Asha

It should have been reversed. That would have been slightly more horrific.

Is this...is this considered child porn?

Considering the purpose isn't titillation I would say no.

Is that an actual requirement for child porn or you being sarcastic?

I could have sworn people have been arrested for child porn for taking pictures of their children taking a bath which at one time was considered innocent and cute.

Report it to IC3 and we will find out when the picture disappears off the internet...or not. :D

I'm sure the statute could be different from state-to-state but in general I believe the photo it has to lack serious artistic and scientific merit and be intended to titillate or some other standard similar to that. I don't think just having a photo of a naked child is considered child porn in most states (and these children aren't exposing anything on top of that).

Better, or worse?

Pretty complex photoshop. I think it's real, I can tell from some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few shops in my time.

It's Trey Parker, co-creator of South Park. Of course it's real.

I showed the original photo of this thread to my husband and his comment was...'They must be from West Virginia.'

Then I found this gem:

to the OP: senor, your photo may be artful and unique but it's not appropriate to show it outside the home, especially on the internet

You could inspect the url and determine they aren't mine.

Worry not, my hermaphroditic pal.

Imagine their kids seeing this picture when they grow up. And I thought I had some embarrassing baby photos.
