a gleaming golden ring inset with three tiny gemstones

Kenstrom says, "RUB - teleports you to the set location. TAP shows you list of locations. PEER shows you the room you'll teleport to. PULL moves back a setting on ring, PUSH moves forward a setting. TURN programs the room in a setting."

Kenstrom says, "It won't be stolen, and you can always set new locations."

Kenstrom says, "But with gold ring rules as always, no cross realm, etc."

MB: 1 coin
BO: 50m

Not really looking too hard at trades, as I can't think of anything I NEED at the moment. If you have a really nice piece of gear fit for a sniping rogue, I guess I'd consider it, but primarily looking at coins.

Cash will be accepted at 8 bucks per million, but please bid in silvers. Would prefer bids out in the open, unless you're making a buyout offer, in which case I'm happy to keep names to myself.

Hokay... first and foremost, it's been bought out.

I talked to a few people before listing it, to get a rough idea of value. It was pointed out to me that there were some rings released through Droughtman's that were mechanically superior to this one, and that those had sold for about 30m. It was late, I was already effing tired, and so I violated my standard piece of advice. Don't set a buyout price. But I figured stapling another 20m on top of the price that superior rings had sold for was more whimsical than anything. No way would I get that much for it, and if I did, for some reason, then so much the better.

This morning I wake up and see my PM box with FIVE coin buyout offers, two trades that were worth quite a bit more than the 50m I quoted as the BO, and two requests to wait a day or so, so that the party could gather the coins.

Needless to say, I felt like a moron (not that that's anything new), but I'll happily honor the first buyout offer I received. I'm not sure if the party wishes their identity revealed, but I've sent them a PM, and consider this sold pending receipt of payment. If the deal should fall through (which I would be SHOCKED to see), I'll move on to the next BO offer in the sequence.

Thanks all for the interest. :medieval:

Edited to add: The first three buyout offers came within five minutes of each other... and the first one came in one minute before the second. Sheesh...

That's awesome that there was so much interest. I'd be kicking myself too, but hey, a free 50 mil never hurts, haha.
