All I see is one post stating if Balefire will be released soon now that 340 is out the door. Perhaps some posts were pulled.

I'm not sure any posts were pulled. I think the OPs point was it took less then an hour for a sorceror to come whine about not getting their stuff worked on when a cleric spell came out. But seriously, CRB is vocal, but outside of his website not really, about this stuff, I've rarely seen Fallen complain, and most other sorcerors don't complain any more then every other class.
