Is this script still supported?
It seems to pause / stop at this point frequently:
[fletchrankup]>put my shaft in sack
You put a single arrow shaft in your leather sack.
Does the game know I am scripting introduce intentional lag or something? Anyone else seen this issue?

Dunno about that one, but I used the copy of Sammu on the forums here and went from 0-500 in about two and a half days.

A search for Sammu fletch doesn't bring up anything. Can you post or share the script?
Thanks.

It's in this scripting forum... not on the first page. Sammu is in the title.

Links for the script in that post are no longer active. The website is no longer up.

It's on the lich repo.

Last time I used the sammu and slib scripts from repos, they were broken (sammu was trying to use a different version of slib and was incompatible with the new version).
It's on the lich repo.

It could have something to do with the fact that fletchrankup is totally adapted from a wizard script. The script is several times longer than it should be as a result. It has a 'goto' right around there. It could be that 'goto' isn't very efficient in the interpreter.
I remember that Shaelun's wizard script interpreter for lich was pretty wonky. Could be Tillmen only tuned it up enough to just work (pauses or no pauses). Adding 'goto' functionality is sort of like helping a tourist with their map. It's a kind and hospitable thing to do but eventually, they'd figure things out even if you didn't.

I found the reason for this script to stop working. It doesn't actually stop. But it has a long wait period build in if you are fried. There is no feedback to the player that the script is pausing for a reason though. So every two minutes it checks if you are no longer fried.

Here I thought you already understood the basic nature of the script.

You can edit the script to start at the begining after it places the shaft into your container if it bothers you.

All the scripts I had seen to this point are in a script I don't know, so very hard for me to follow. This one when I looked at it was very similar to the normal gemstone script so was able to follow it a lot better. Like was said up topic it was converted and it still looks like the old script in many ways.
That actually surprised me. I was going to make my own GS script to do fletching and was hoping to find the key text from this one.
