Connection Issues

Recently, I noticed that when I type in www.simutronics.com, I'm taken to the cyberstrike 2 website.

I'm assuming this is because Simu has changed something with their servers?

The only reason I bring this up is because I have not been able to get into the lands for longer than two minutes without my connection dropping. It's rediculous!

There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. I have been dead for like a day, and I can't get raised because I'm never in the lands long enough for a cleric to get there.

I'm extremely frustrated, and the customer service at Simu said I would recieve a response in 7-10 days.

What the fuck is 7-10 days? They have e-mail, don't they? It's not coming by carrier pigeon, right?

If this doesn't get fixed soon, there will be a 21 train voln master ranger for sale...

Anyone else having these issues?

Being serious, where should I direct my energy to get this problem solved?

Do you have it set to logoff after a short period of inactivity when dead? I know it sounds stupid, but I couldnt figure out why I kept getting disconnected while dead until I kept typing LOOK to keep it active long enough to be raised.

If you're using escape, and dead, just look ever 20 seconds or so. Happens to me, too, and I hate it. You can't turn it off with the eScape either.

Just type 'set inactivity'. It'll lengthen the amount of time you have before you get kicked off. It usually takes 15 minutes for me to get kicked off if I've been idle.
