TD boosting shield/armor

Looking to get my hands on a 4-7x shield or set of armor that increases ones TD.. preferably a shield, but I'll see what people have. thanks.

Oh! I am also looking for unused/unlocked foraging scrolls and a yellow leather utility belt.

I have several foraging Scrolls. Let me take a look at see how many and if they are unlock-able.

This is what I've found so far. I have no idea what they are worth so if you are interested I will post this in the appraisal section to get an idea.
I'm not heavy into Alchemy yet so the charges are the basic rune detection.
All of them are phaseable so if I'm to understand correctly that means they are unlockable. Some of them are very old.
I have a lot more scrolls to go through and some I'm keeping for now because they have old spells (800s) on them.
