Mac + Avalon + Lich Help for Newbie

Hello-

I just returned to the game after a long time and am trying to get lich installed on my mac so I can use it through Avalon. I am having a tough time even getting it installed.

I don't have a comp sci abckground and am not good in Linux so if anyone has "hold my hands" instructions on how to get it installed, could you shoot me a PM (or set up a time on AIM to walk through it?)

So I got this all downloaded and installed, I am having trouble using even the go2 script. Any help would be appreciated.
