is this unlimited uses or is it like the weapon/armor scribers that have a limited amount of uses? I'm new to this archery thing, but scribing my name on my arrows sounds neat...

Unlimited uses, here is an example.

>get 1 bone arrow from my quiver
You remove a single bone arrow from a bundle of bone arrows.

A faint aura of holy light radiates from the arrow.
There appears to be something written on it.

In the Common language, it reads:
Scribed into the shaft is the personal mark of Ayamei.
