Cloak of Shadows and Elemental dispell

Off hand, does anyone know if 417, Elemental dispell, will strip cloak of shadows, as a hybrid sorcie (yeah there is) spell? Cerebralites drive me nuts with that one, but I have a readily available source of 417 wands, if I want them. I know spirit dispelling works, but it'd be easier to me to get elemental ones. It'd be great to be able to bypass it. I'll go try it, if no one knows, but figured I'd toss it out there, in case anyone can let me know. Save me a bit of testing.
