Does training up the cleric spell circle affect your casting strength as it does ( or did, or whatever, I'm an idiot ) with sorcerers?

I'd also like some examples of other clerics' spell training paths, if you'd like to share.

Yes.

CS, for every circle, is the same basic formula. Train in spells, get CS. And then all the bonus stuff that I don't feel like getting into.

I have a cleric, if you are interested in the training path there. My cleric mainly hunts with 306 and 302. Around 15 trains and can kill in the 20-25 level. Let me know via U2U.

I'd say Major/Cleric up to 219/319 (Divine Wrath IS worth it), then drop both and go double Minor up to 120, then single minor/major til 225 and 130, and then catch up majorly on cleric. It'll be harsh between 19 and 34, when you're not training cleric....but this is geared to getting the key clerical spells first.

Key if you want to be a raising cleric, that is. If not, just go single up cleric the whole way, MjS to 219 (225 if you want the ability to fog somewhere, Voln fog out), Minor to 120, go back to Major til 225 if you haven't already, then up to 130.

Yeah, raising isn't high on my list of priorities. It would be nice to be able to raise friends, but that's about it.

I went up Major/Cleric to 25. Before GS4, my Cleric was a beast. Now I using the Fu and smite. I'm on my other character right now in the midst of something, but I'll post it later or something.
