Found some random items in my locker. Some pirate themed. I think the estoc is +15 fire flaring. The longcoat is VLA and the satchel is MA. Weights are nothing special. Pawnshop offered 56,155 for the contents (didn't appraise the longcoat). Cleaning out the lockers so it's going as a lot.
