unsure if it was answered.. But raise dead items do not yield exp.. and yes you'd need to use a 308 scroll to use the wand. No fame/exp will be awarded. Used to own the 5x a day raise dead staff and tried to fight to make it so that non-clerics could get exp for raising the dead,since it's something cool, but to no avail.. Makes for great RP, definitely a nice item there!
