Spell training > 20 levels

How do they handle spell training above level 20? Since there are no spells between levels 20 and 25 right now can I not train in a circle from levels 21-24, then train once at 25 and get the spell, or do I have to continue to train those levels in order to get the spell at 25? If the former is correct, what happens when they add spells 21-24? Do I lose the spells upto the number of trainings I have?

you have to train 1 per to each spell... so you have to go from say.. 420 to 421, 422, 423, 424 and THEN 425.

Those spells are so important it takes much more research to gain their use. I guess.
