I believe these were given out in a limited amount at one of the last EGs. They have never been used.

Are these similar to the arrow scribers? Do they have a limited amount of times you can use them? If not, mind showing us an example of what it does to armors/weapons.

Changed the MB on these to reflect the amount of uses they have. As of now they have never been set or used.
