pair of Felcour duelling gauntlets inlaid with matte black starstone cabochons
with void flares 8 mil
Designed to cover both arm and hand, each gauntlet is circled by a jeweled cuff. The righthand gauntlet shows a dragon's tear diamond at its center, indicating an intention to duel for honor. The lefthand gauntlet shows a black deathstone at its center, indicating a duel to the death.

Why would you even ask this? Hamstring requires a slashing weapon, not a karate chop.
No...they will not work with hamstring. They will only work with maneuvers that take arm greaves into account. The brawling maneuvers if you don't have a weapon in hand (i.e. twin hammerfist, haymaker), and some of the ones like bearhug and bullrush.

I clearly have no idea what I'm talking about, which is why I asked.
I'm guessing Warriors and Rogues are the only professions who can use arm-based maneuvers?
