View Full Version : Wanted: Bow Upgrade

Looking for an upgrade for my longbow, specifically one of the following, listed in rough order of preference (would greatly prefer longbows, would consider composites, though):

- 5x or higher fusion
- 6x or higher non-fusion
- 4x with enhancives that would benefit a sniper
- Crit weighting (if there is such an animal out there)
- Sighted

I don't have a ton of coins to spend at the moment, but have some decent trades to offer (Droughtman's enhancive cloak, 7x max light golvern augmented chain, decent orbs and enhancives), or that I can liquidate to meet an agreed-on price. Simply put, if you're not looking for trade offers, I can most likely make coins work one way or another.

Let me know if you have something that might work, and how much you'd be looking to get in return.

Fair enough. I thought for sure I'd seen a few listings here recently selling bows that were advertised as crit weighted, and I know I've had in-game discussions with a couple of people who claimed that crit weighted bows existed, but were fairly rare (and pretty lightly weighted, at that). If there is no such thing, then I doubt I'll get any offers from people wanting to sell theirs. :medieval:

Don't forget that any higher than 5x (+ master fletched arrows) or 6x (normal arrows) does not add to your AS but will still add directly to your DS, dude.
Just incase you didn't want to spend extra when you didn't need to, depending what you were looking to increase.

Most definitely, and I was already going to factor that in, depending on what offers I do or don't get. I got sick of e-bladed arrows finally, and went back to fletching my own faewood, so anything higher than 5x isn't going to convince me to spend recklessly (unless it's just too cool to pass up).

I have a 7x longbow with permanent +3 str/dex enhancive that I would consider selling if you are interested.
