So I've had two days off from work (boss said to enjoy it since the work coming my way wouldn't allow for a lot of time off), and just been kicking it at home.

Well, yesterday I was cooking some chicken (it was frozen and I was cutting it) and slipped, and cut the hell out of my finger.

Then I was going downstairs to get a towel to clean up the blood... and fell down the stairs (from the top!).

Felt like such a clutz yesterday.

This is a picture of my toe. Last friday I had to do a 20k road march with my LT for his spur ride, So of course I had to smoke him. 2 hours later when we finished I literally rubbed all the skin off the side of my big toe. This is it now, its not bleeding or pussing anymore and its pretty much calloused over, so just imagine it 20x worser.

Looks like a foot after a hump to me. Mole skin is your friend. Good job on smoking the LT though, never let an officer finish a hump in front of you.

You would have been proud. I kinda let him easy on the first 10k. We did it in like 1:15...I did the second 10k in like 55.

hahahahahaha.

He was like man "we're blazing" when we hit the 10k mark and I was like...nah we're going too slow..he goes "Whaaaat?" and I just take off like a bat out of hell and got like a 500 meter lead and started walking again.

When he caught up I'd wait till just after he went back down to a walk and take off again. I did that like 5-6 times and then stopped cause he looked like he was gonna die.


Yea, moleskin is pretty good. I usually just use sock liners and don't have alot of issues but I forgot em this time cause they sprung it on us and just had to bite the bullet.

LOL 55 for a 10k is an awesome time bro. Yeah sock liners are good to go, same with thorlo boot socks. Glad you didn't kill him, it's pain in the ass to bury an LT with an E-tool. :cool:
