Oh man, working in sit-down restraunt can be SO fun. Every time I've been a server everyone bonded really well and it was like a family. Crazy shit happens there and it can turn into a soap opera so try to avoid being sucked into that.

You need a permit to serve alcohol

You need to be 19 to do it here, and of course you need a foodhandlers card.

Oh and beware, when things start to get shitty, (management change, etc) you can always get another job at another restraunt. Once you have the experience in serving, its cake to walk in and get a job at somewhere else.
