TWC: Katana and Wakizashi plausable?

I really love the Katana and Wakizashi items, I wanted to know if it was plausible for me to do a TWC with these weapons without me shooting myself in the foot.

I've used Katanas as a two hander, loved it alot but wanted to look into TWC and MOC.

So between the two, I'm picking either TWC rogue, THW rogue, or THW Cleric.

If you want to waste lots of points. I'd go THW.
