Just got one of these newfangled smart phones..

Anyone know a txt messaging app that sends them over data instead of text?

Trying to text the czech rep. and verizon's international text price is fucking ludicrous.

No international texting on Google Voice, thus leaving me plodding on with Skype for contacting Greece, text wise. You can do the voice stuff over MSN or AIM though.

Get Liveprofile. All smartphones can get it and it's like a shittier version of BBM.

They have to have it downloaded though..

I use Skype to all my international friends since they have it on their phones and computers. You can just send them a chat message like normal and they get it on their phone and on their computer.

Just finish paying the postage so she can be shipped to the states. Then you can text away until she is here long enough to gain citizenship and blocks your number.

Czech republic is a really nice place though, not sure why anyone would go to that much work to leave. Everyone I've dealt with from there was well educated and successful, guess it could be worse for uneducated gypsies.
