So whats new in the world of warriors? I'm really really tempted to reopen my account now that I've got verification from Simu that I can convert back into a Warrior (with some xp loss). So.. what's been going on in the last 3-4 years sense I was last a warrior. Give me that last bit of a nudge I need to cough up the $250 to switch back.

The new society, GoS, is really fun for warriors I think. They seem to do very well in it. Besides that, I know zilch about warriors.

It's not new, but since you mentioned it, Warriors remain awesome.

The change to berserk was a few years ago now, don't know if you have any experience with that. They have also added armor specializations and over training bonuses. If you search for them you can probably find logs of Madmountain berserking in warcamps, it is fun stuff to do.

Factors in MOC skill, instead of berserking one critter at a time.

Exhaustion/AS drop post berserk is gone

Able to initiate berserk while immobilized/webbed/stunned etc

Berserk went from being nearly worthless to one of the better guild skills IMO.

Feint went from being near worthless as well to very nice.

I'm speaking from when I left in 03, to when I came back little less then a year ago.

Also, there is war bellow all, war cry all, war growl all for the area affect version of the warcries.

Same for wtr appraise all, interesting to see everyone's status in the room. It was also updated to show relative health (as well as stance) of the target.

I noticed the wtr appraise additions, but not the war cry ones. Thanks for the info.

No shit. :wtf: I looked it up right after posting my question. I don't remember it being like that.

Did they really just nerf it and not make any improvements?
