a ruby obelisk suspended from a twisted chain

The ruby obelisk emits a dull glow, intermittently intensifying briefly down its length before returning to normal.

Neck worn, weighs less than 2. Functions as like the AI crystal in all respects except that this will go to 10x. Unlimited use at a cost of 25 mana per use. Has different messaging than the AI crystal.

Here's an example:

>touch ob
You touch your ruby obelisk with one hand, your black vultite greataxe in the other hand. A bright beam of light emanates from the bottom of your obelisk. Your greataxe vibrates rapidly, emitting an ear-piercing squeal. A sky blue beam projects from the top of your obelisk. Two sparks shoot upward and arc through the air.
Roundtime: 10 sec.

Beam of light = Magic item
Ear-piercing squeal = Sanctified item
Sky Blue Beam = Not 100% sure if this is 6x or 7x as the item is +32
Sparks = I am going to assume 2 sparks means crit weighted.

Not going to set a buyout on this. Coins can be converted to cash at the rate of $8 per.

AI crystal on a rope. Yes, specifically, you'd be correct. I was alluding to the info it gives being similar to what you get when a bard sings to an item, was all.

Mostly I just get drunken, slurred poems from bards. Then later I find out they got my sister pregnant! Bastards.
