<title> of <deity>

Ok so I was sitting in TC in Icemule and saw a cleric who was a High Priest of Lorminstra. I was curious if the deity's name showed up automatically upon choosing high priest or if it was something special provided to him somehow.

After a short conversation about it he told me that it was a flag I could set somehow, but I can't find out how to do it, and he's no longer in town so I can't ask him how he did it.

Does anyone here know how?

It is based off religion lore. You need a certain amount of the skill to get the title. I don't recall the amount though. I think it was somewhere around 60.
