It covers anything up to full plate.

ADD: You determine that the suede longcoat is an armor concealing garment that will hide soft leather, rigid leather, chain mail and plate mail armor which covers torso, arms, legs and head when it is worn.

Not sure I've seen one that covers robes lately. I think they've become hard to find. :( Sorry.
