young blood pure with eyes for the isle

Looking for some insight from the fellow residents of teras isle. I'm a young pure empath who shatters with a 127 CS at 22. I'm shaping to head to teras around 26 and wondering how I will be able to survive hunting out on that wonderful isle. I know of the trolls there but don't know the specifics of their tricks and treats.

Any insight would be loving, and if it ends up being viable I will be there to also heal should it be needed and I'll post a new thread when I'm there with my aim once I touch down in case someone needs a healer and none are around.

I didn't hunt much there when I was near 20 trains, but once you establish yourself, people will really come to you for healing. I did gain levels quite quickly there when I was 20 trains, and I only healed. I know it isn't the kind of help you wanted (I don't know about hunting at that level, as I hunt Nelemar now)..

I enjoy Teras a lot though.

Used to live on teras for quite some time as Erolus, so I know of 40+ and loved the people and place itself. May just roll the dice at 26 regardless, but if feedback on the straight hunting viability would be great. As for being a stapled healer, I hope to be a serious contributor to the betterment of the isle once I'm there

Thanks for the grey rep, idiot stick. It was only thrown out because there are quite a few empaths who don't bother to train in spell aiming. In my experience, the wonder that is 111 is not realized as much as it should be.

I hadn't thought to use that, I am trained in it for spell aiming but I need to raise up to 211 and 215 for the additional AS boosts. As for the rep hit, that wasn't me and my appologies. Since I asked only about CS based spells you can tell the repper to eat lemons because my question left bolt AS open to add to the equation. I may try it out but my mana is still a little low to handle fire spirit as a viable hunting option.

No, its my puppies playing in what I would call the luckiest and coolest action shot out there. They play like champs!

I know it's not viable to use exclusively at 26, but my 28 train empath uses it to take a big chunk out of the HP of a bunch of critters, then finishes them with bone shatter or heal/harm. It helps, and over the course of a hunt saves me mana, especially on things that are difficult to ward.

Well I'll be trying it out then, when I get out there most likely! Need to push up my 200's for purify air anyways so I'll just keep that pace until I can get those AS boosts
