What the heck is it? I'd never even heard the word until droughtman. From what I gather it's a container that is worn and that can contain weapons you hurl? What was significant about the ones won during the challenge?

They automatically create new weapons to throw. Think of an e-bow, but for hurling. That is the nice ones anyways...

There are containers with the NAME bandolier.. Those are just containers.
