Best way to kill a vaespilon

I know I used to boil them back in gs3, but am told now you can bolt the things. What is the prime way to kill these?

Are they around lvl 60? If not I don't have a freaking clue hence my choice in the poll.

To my knowledge, Either works. I only hunted them a couple times as a wizard, so I would not be able to tell you which is better.

I bolt them with minor fire with my wizard.
