scarf you wear, infinite rubs of resist elements, so you can use it in the rift, just rub it after every drop. Or use it anywhere else. Helps with environmental effects, certain spells (boil earth), a little bolt ds.

Just curious, when you first got it it sounded like you just had to rub it once and then resist elements was on until it got dispelled or you removed the scarf, is that correct?

Rub it and it casts 602 on you. You'll have MIU based duration.

If you remove the scarf, it automatically removes the spell as if you did a STOP 602.

You have to keep rubbing it every so often, but it has infinite charges.

Sirina said it was a really old script, so this is how they did permanent items back in the day. A weird work around.

It also irks me, that they nerfed my old call familiar runestone since it was unlimited rubs, and now they bring back unlimited rub'd items :(

Granted Call Familiar is a whole different spell we are talking about, but still...bah

Edit: And for the idiot that thinks I'm making shit up, I owned the black diamond runestone. When I owned it, it was an UNLIMITED rub, call familiar. After I sold it, I heard it was nerfed and was no longer unlimited.
