I know there are a few 1x a day ones now. And are most attuned to specific places? or can go anyplace a gold ring can?

most xrealms items are pretty restricted.

most of them are ridiculously over restricted, they gutted the value of several of the games greatest items for no good reason when they basically as a group nerfed every crossrealm item. I mean was it really an issue that for 3 or 400 million silvers you could go anywhere but basically teras at will. Fix broken spells not break great items.

Ultimately blame from the crossrealms nerf lies with Warden, which GM decided to bring it up with him we will never know, unless perhaps Paul has a clue. I am just glad I no longer had the crystal ball when it was nerfed, I did have the darkstone key for one portion of its nerfing however.
