It's not flaring but it is 5x. Additionally, if you look closely there, some do flare I think. My understanding is that all weapons that show as holy items are sanctified. Some of the falchions show only a faint aura of holy light radiates from the falchion, which means they are blessed. The ones that say holy item should be sancted.
