Servers are relatively cheap, compared to what, say a Superdome UX server used to be. I don't know the income stream or the overhead but slow upgrades to some Dell Blade servers or hell, build some.

It's not my cheesy way to push the storyline. Trust me. There's plenty to be occuring over the next few weeks. And while I've spent two months prepping for this, there's always some unforseen circumstances and yes indeed, I broke something, heh. Luckily people much smarter than I are working on the fix. So sorry for the inconvenience and the horrible start but eh, it happens. I'll make sure things are as flawless as possible.

Kenstrom's broken stuff before during invasions and admitted his responsibility, I remember him doing that during his first (or one of his first) invasion(s) after he became Landing guru. He's actually pretty good at admitting he's human and makes mistakes and has limitations.

So the good news is, thanks to minds greater than mine, a fix has been found and it had to do with those nasty trolls leaping forth as you destroyed catapults. So I'm working on a few alternatives. The invasions will continue and like I said, this "war" will last for weeks. There will be "zones" per usual, where different levels of trolls drop near Wehnimer's ( six zones to be exact, levels ranging from 14-120 ) but it's your job to figure out where...once they happen.

A few of us should be running some manual waves of invasions as well, to keep the carnage going. Of course in order to prevent 24/7 chaos and ruin the Landing for people who don't care to be in constant war, the waves will start and stop every few days. Down time is essentially for sanity and kind of realistic.

I want to thank all of you for your patience last night when my error destroyed the world temporarily, and I really am thankful to those behind the scenes who cringe everytime I try these things, hehe, but still their help is priceless. Eventually there will be some missions that the heroes will be able to participate in to help effect the war.

Here's to no more crashes, but hopefully a lot more deaths.
