Impure potions give four sips for 12K, so the replacement cost would be 9K per day, or about 3.3M per year if you hunt every day. Obviously the advantage to this is it has resale value but I think the replacement cost puts a ceiling on its worth. If I could use it in the rift I would want this item and I would be willing to pay maybe 20-25M or so. Hopefully that gives you some idea.
