Nothing except get wizards to enchant less.

Nordred told me that a wizard attuned to a private workshop has a chance to lower the pour time by a day or so.

Not sure if that's true or not.

I thought if you got a really high roll on a temper it could reduce the time if you used a high level potion?

For major projects, use the most expensive potion. For 1x-4x you can use sisfu for the fastest temper times.
