You remove a thin black leather portfolio from in your suede pack.
>look port
Two large pieces of vellum are stitched together along one edge, providing a crude and very thin portfolio. A tarnished silver gem setting has been centered on the front cover of the portfolio, though it is empty. Scribbled on the back cover is the list, "Topaz, Emerald, Smooth Stone, Ruby, Diamond". All but "Diamond" have been crossed out.
The portfolio is opened to the first page.
It takes you a moment to focus on the black leather portfolio.
The black leather portfolio is blank.

Can be used to moved spells to the portfolio for ease of use, and to recharge spells already on the portfolio.

yes, it takes a diamond to transfer a spell onto the portfolio. But that's one diamond for all the spells or charges moved, not one for each charge/spell.

Heh.. at that rate.. I'd need around 30 diamonds to fill the book with the spells I want.. around 300k just for that.. sigh what an expensive toy to use..
