you're looking at 100-120k in supplies plus the sorcerer's time, which depends on the sorcerer. That should take someone efficient a good 20-30 min depending on mana availability and whether the supplies are already gathered (it will take a lot of mana). I'd say anywhere from 175-225k.

The sorcerer who usually infuses for me is quitting. I'd just use all my scrolls then come to him with about 70, stick around for a mana battery and pay him 1m or toss him a few 219/215 or other scrolls. Maybe he's still around. I'll point him this way.
