Tiny wisps of smoke rise from the elven longsword's blade.
Beautifully crafted and well balanced, you are not quite sure you have ever seen a longsword so finely made.
Obviously elven workmanship, this longsword has ancient elven runes running along the blade.
Alas, not being an elf, you can't make out what knowledge they seek to impart.

No clue what this means.

I think it may be a trollslayer longsword, I just bought the Gladius and Espadon and they both have the tiny wisps of smoke show.

Odd though, the rest of the show is about elven runes denoting power. I'm guessing my half-elven character can still read them?

I'm certain the trollbanes still work for any race, mechanically at least. Even if they can't understand the elven whispers and such from the scripts, or understand what the runes mean on the blade.

My half-elf and dhe'nar elf both had them work fine.

it's an original trollbane, and works slightly different than the new ones. less random, but less on the higher end enchant-wise if I recall
