I recently switched to Firefox from IE8/9. The bugs and constant headaches of that browser just got too much to deal with on a daily basis. ANYWAY, what add-ons, of any type, do you guys use? Appearance, plug-ins, whatever. I'd love to see what is possible with this thing.
PS
Holy shit, this thing has a built in spellchecker.

LeechBlock. Best thing for my productivity since it prevents me from checking the interwebs except during specified times.
AdBlock. Self-explanatory.
Facebook Blocker: http://webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/
Tab Mix Plus.
That's all I use.

Just get an ad blocker. Pretty much all you need. Every other plugin I use is site specific. Firefox + Avast + iGoogle = easy.

foxyproxy - use various proxies based on the url you visit
adblocker plus - block ads
flashblock - blocks flash. Allows you to white list sites or click on the flash to show it.
1password - password database/keeper/whatever
download statusbar - pops up a bar at the bottom to show downloads. I think Chrome copied this.
I used to use noscript, but decided that I'm always just enabling scripts anyways.
Those are the general ones I use. I also have a separate vm with more security related ones.. firebug (also good for debugging pages your writing), cookie manager+, user agent switcher, live http headers, torbutton, some sql/xss tester ones..
ah, greasemonkey is pretty cool. I stopped using it awhile ago, but it pretty much lets you write scripts that inject content into websites. You can use it to pretty much change the look of websites you visit, add extra buttons/functionality, and other stuff.

For appearance, it comes with Persona for themes.

I use NoScript as well, but until you build up a good whitelist it's a rather annoying. On the other hand you really feel safe with it installed, it stops so much shenanigans.

I use a few plugins and the like.
- Downloading videos from Youtube and similar sites, and then converting to mp3 or other file formats. If anyone knows of a plugin that lets you convert into an mp3 quality higher than 128, please lemme know!
- Avast! WebRep (Just picked it up so I'm still learning it)
- Firebug
