The number of vanity plates in VA is...intriguing. And of course the VAGINAS plate in the slideshow is one supporting...UVA.

Admittedly, I remember my plate number a lot better when it isn't some random combo of numbers and letters from DMV.

Call me unoriginal but I've always wanted SPIFFY, SPFYJR, SPIFJR or something similar. Stupid 6 character limit... it's one of those plates most people would be like "wtf does that say?"

In Virginia, it depends on the plate. if you pick the standard plate, you can have 7 characters, and a space. Some plates that have special designs only allow 6 characters, some with or without spaces.

Yesterday I was behinda car that had TTTTTT7 as their license plate. Also had a coworker who had 7z because it was the shorted available plate in California at the time of purchase.

Weirder ones are the ham radio call sign plates.
