It does. But in most cases, Forums, they don't take into account seconds.

For all we know, an 11pm bid could have been placed at 11pm and 0 seconds, or 11pm and 45 seconds. So for all time purposes, I usually consider 11pm to be between 11pm and 11pm 59 seconds, for future references ;)

Editing the post is a bad idea in many situations, since it's normally best to make new bids with new replies, that's all.

Unfortunately it means no. I can't have any knowledge as to whether or not you edit'd/bid what you did on it before you changed others, unless I had screenshots taken or whatever, which would be silly for an auction.

As much as I know how you feel, I have to just stand by the call though and still allow the other bidder to have rights of winning. I am sorry though I'm unable to determine if you did or did not make the bid, and I'm not trying to screw you out of it...I just can not say for certain you did or did not since I can only go off of the edit time at 11:01

Sure, but how would I of known you bid 10:58pm, when in your post with that bid, I also see an edit at 11:01pm.

Disagree or not, I can only go with the end result of what I see, which is the edit in that same post at 11:01. So who knows what items were at what price before, since you changed a few around.

Now, had you of made a new reply, outbidding Gelston. Anything in your other reply, if not over bid on would have remained and would have won.

I just can't determine what was edit'd, and what wasn't at this point since there is really no way of knowing that unless I had multiple tabs open, one with the before, and one with the after edit.
