Lock Mastery

Need some guidance on a Lock Mastery task. Deluca said I need to make some "good locks" (at rank 36). I've created -100, -200, and -300 which just makes "average one, two, and three lock assemblies". Do I need to attach them or do I need to go even higher?

Tsoran's old guide just says I need to "Create lock reps: Create a 'pretty good' lock."

What do I need to do?

I think it's related to your picking skill similar to the picking reps, only you should look towards the end of your range. I think at ~43 and 2.5x picking I needed to make locks in the -500 to -600 range, but it's been a while so I can't say for sure.

At 51 with 3x picking, I was able to get credit with -415 locks. (A number I tried based on it being ~67% of my rogue's max difficulty with veniom pick.)
