Pure guess, probably acid flares. Worth getting it sung to, at least. Rogues like daggers, and flaring daggers are semi-decent. I'd suggest throwing it up with a CB of 35k to the pawnshop. You might get a bit more than that from a rogue looking for an interim weapon. Max value is probably 65k or so, though, would be my guess. Your call if it's worth it to try and auction it off for the extra 30k or not.
