These do not take your mana and leave you at 4hrs on everything, correct?

I believe when I was trying to get the original one of these, Lucos told me that it is 1 cast of each of your defensive spells..... so the more ranks you have the better the durations.

Isn't your AS high enough to where 102's penalty wouldnt really matter?

Nope.

102 isn't stoppable because it can be considered an "offensive" spell due to its ability to lower a target's AS. That is why it requires a warding roll when cast upon others. Frankly, I would rather this feature be done away with entirely, and allow it to be stopped at will. Perhaps some sort of a wear/stop penalty that increases in mana cost if done often to avoid TOO much abuse.

I think call wind used to, I don't remember if it does anymore though.

But I do recall the wind blowing away the air wall or something
