Lnet seems to be dropping me and friends. No doubt this is quite known about but I figured I'd post it here in case Tillman isn't just messing around with it.

This was my error message:

[lnet: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.]
lnet:66:in `connect'
lnet:66:in `connect'
[lnet: NilClass is not a valid input stream. It must walk

Actually I just posted in another thread that this was happening to me as well. But every now and then it connects.

If I were just taking a guess it looks like a Ruby version incompatibility. I'll let Tillmen chime in with the *cough* accurate answer.

I do know that at one point, Lich was using Ruby 1.9.1 on people who were running Linux, and 1.8.7 on Windows because 1.9.1 on Windows was causing problems.
